2. Total number of booth: 20
3. Each booth will be charged a total of Kshs. 100,000 (USD 1,000) for the three day dura?on of the conference

CONFERENCE DINNER SPONSORS ( Kshs. 1,250,000)

(This is an optional event for delegates)

  1. The sponsor may provide a freestanding banner which will be positioned at the entrance to the conference dinner venue, and conference room
  2. The sponsor will be provided with an exhibition booth
  3. There will be an opportunity for the sponsors’ representative to give a ten (10) minutes speech each during the key note speech, and dinner
  4. The sponsor’s logo will be printed on all conference programs, menus and tickets
  5. Complimentary registration will be provided five (5) participants from your organization
  6. Organization / company logo will be place in the conference literature portal (with hyperlink) and conference signage
  7. Sponsors will have a chance for limited posters or oral presentations on topics relevant to the theme of the conference.

WELCOME RECEPTION COCKTAIL (Kshs. 800,000)
